Inspired by street by Yakisoba and Mi Goreng, Kokoro Mi Goreng is all about bold, glossy flavour. A rich blend of soy, garlic, and caramelised sweetness coats every strand of noodle, creating a perfectly balanced stir-fry experience. Tossed dry-style (no soup), it delivers satisfying texture and punchy flavour in every bite.
INGREDIENTS
Noodle Cake 90g: Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Thickeners (412, 415), Mineral Salts (450, 451, 452).
Sauce 20g: Soy sauce, Fructose-Glucose Syrup, Water, Vegetable Oil (Soy), Shallot Paste, Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium L-glutamate, Disodium-5_-ribonucleotides), Vegetable Extracts, Soybean Paste, Chicken Bone Extract, Spices, Yeast Extract, Food Flavouring (Onion), Preservative (202).
Toppings 1.5g: Sesame, Seaweed.
Chilli Oil 5g: Soybean Oil, Chilli Oil, Colour (160c).
Allergen: Contains: Wheat, Gluten, Soy, Sesame. May contain: Crustaceans, Egg, Milk, Peanut, Fish.

Store in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Stove:
- Boil noodles in 500 mL of water for 4 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
- Drain noodles completely or retain 30mL.
- While noodles are still hot, add sauce, toppings and chilli oil to the noodles.
- Toss noodles well until evenly coated
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Optional Enhancements:
- Fried Egg: Top with a sunny-side-up or poached Egg (Warning: Egg allergen)
- Aromatics: Before mixing, fry minced garlic and chopped green onions in a little oil for extra flavour.
