 INGREDIENTS

Noodle Cake 90g: Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Thickeners (412, 415), Mineral Salts (450, 451, 452).

Seasoning Powder 15g: Salt, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium L-Glutamate, Disodium-5_-ribonucleotides), Cabbage Powder, Chilli Powder, Yeast Extract, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soy), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Colour (150d, 160c), Capsicum Extract.

Toppings 3g: Fish Cake, Wakame, Chives.

Allergen: Contains: Wheat, Gluten, Soy,  Fish. May contain: Crustaceans, Egg, Milk, Peanut, Sesame.

Store in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Stove:

  1. Place 500mL of water in a pot and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the noodles, soup base, and toppings to the boiling water.
  3. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
    - Tip: Adjust the cooking time to your preference — cook shorter for firmer noodles or longer for softer noodles.
  4. Remove from heat, mix well, and enjoy! For a richer broth

(Optional):
Before adding water:

  1. Drizzle a little oil in the pot.
  2. Fry minced garlic and chopped green onion until fragrant.
  3. Add the soup base and stir gently to release aroma, then carefully pour in water and cook noodles as usual.
    - Additional enhancement: Add a beaten or whole egg during the last minute of cooking for extra richness (Warning: Egg allergen)
