Miso Tonkotsu Ramen

Miso Tonkotsu Ramen

DESCRIPTION

A rich, deeply satisfying broth inspired by the soul of traditional Japanese ramen houses.

Kokoro Miso Tonkotsu Ramen combines the creamy depth of tonkotsu-style broth with the savory complexity of fermented miso. The result is a perfectly balanced soup — silky, umami-rich, and layered with subtle sweetness and slow-simmered character. Springy wheat noodles soak up every drop, delivering a slurp-worthy experience from first bite to last.

This is comfort food elevated: bold, authentic Japanese flavour crafted for modern cravings.
